UMass Memorial Health Care Cancer Center of Excellence offers a series of free, educational programs for our community, our patients and their families. Cancer experts, caregivers and patients share their knowledge and stories.

These programs are also available to health care professionals. Education credits may be available for some programs.

Chyke Doubeni, MD, MPH

Recognized by President Barack Obama with the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers

Dr. Doubeni is a "rising star" in medical research and is currently overseeing studies funded by the National Cancer Institute to evaluate the effectiveness of screening colonoscopy in reducing cancer deaths among average-risk adults. Learn more about Dr. Doubeni.
